Healthy Travel Recipe: Fresh Veggie Lime Salad
Being healthy on the road doesn't have to be a challenge. Sure, cheap street eats will save you on your pocket book, but not not on your health. I have found that buying fresh fruits and veggies is such a great way to eatting healthy where ever you may be. This recipe is super easy with ingredients that can be found in virtually any market in Asia.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber/Zuchini
1 Chive
1/2 Lime
Salt & Pepper
Chop up veggies, toss with lime juice and salt&pepper to taste. So refreshing on a hot day!
